Principles

The University is committed to guaranteeing equal conditions of use and equal treatment in the provision of services to all users, without distinction of sex, race, religion, language, political opinions and the prohibition of any unjustified discrimination.

The university adheres to the principles of objectivity, neutrality and impartiality in its behaviour towards all its users.

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 222/2023, the University defines and guarantees the quality levels of the service provided with regard to the effective accessibility of the services for people with disabilities, as well as the rights, including those of a compensatory nature, that external users may demand and the related procedures.
In particular, a standard of accessibility of the pages of the sites and physical accessibility is guaranteed through the identification and removal of architectural barriers.

The University is committed to ensuring and encouraging the active participation and involvement of the user in the provision of services through access to complete and up-to-date information on its activities and services, and through the possibility of submitting complaints, observations, reports and suggestions aimed at achieving better management and provision of services.
In this context, the annual customer satisfaction survey, aimed at students and staff, is of particular importance, the results of which are published in the Performance Report and available separately here.

The University pursues the objective of continuous improvement in the provision of services and in the management of resources in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and quality, adopting the management, organisational, procedural and technological solutions deemed most functional for the purpose.

The University is committed to guaranteeing continuity and regularity in the provision of services to its users. Any interruptions in the normal provision of services will be considered justified only if they are the result of unforeseeable situations or force majeure. In such cases, the University undertakes to guarantee effective and timely communication of such interruptions to its users and is committed to minimising, as far as possible and in compliance with the regulations in force, the disruption time.
