University fees and benefits How Taxes Work To enrol in a bachelor, master or single-cycle degree course, you have to pay a student contribution (tuition fees) which consists of stamp duty, regional tax and university fee and is paid in three instalments. ISEE-University or ISEE-U equalised The university fee you have to pay is calculated according to the ISEE for university benefits (ISEE-U).
