Users are advised that the online service for booking in-person appointments at the Student Contribution and Benefits Department - Teaching, Student Services, Orientation and Internationalization Area is suspended from July 23, 2024 to October 3, 2024.During this period, the in-person counter service is provided at the Infopoint in Via Balbi 5 - Genoa, with direct access, every day from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.Please note that the call center services (Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) and virtual counter (Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - by appointment) remain active.From August 9 to 16, 2024, all offices will be closed and the above services will not be operational. How fees work To enrol in a bachelor, master or single-cycle degree course, you have to pay a student contribution (tuition fees) which consists of stamp duty, regional tax and university fee and is paid in three instalments.
