Information for 2025/2026 collaboration winners

Winning students are invited to contact the structure indicated in the list in order to agree with the contact person on the start of the collaboration.

Within 45 days from the publication of the rankings, it is necessary to communicate acceptance or renunciation of the activity. If you do not make a choice within this deadline, you will be considered an automatic renouncer.

The deadline for making a choice is therefore set at 28 May 2026.
The procedure must be completed exclusively through the appropriate function available in the dedicated online service.

Things to do before you start

Before starting the collaboration, it is necessary:

  • to accept the activity through the online services, after having read the regulation and verified that you are not in a situation of incompatibility. If this is not the case, it is necessary to notify the competent office (contact details at the bottom of the page)
  • sign the documentation relating to the collaboration via the IO app (signature also available in the dedicated online service). If it is not possible to use the app, the signature can be made on the first day of the activity, by requesting the documents from the contact person
  • complete the compulsory courses on security and privacy (for more information please consult the dedicated section on this page)
  • contact the contact person of the structure where the collaboration has been assigned, to agree on the modalities and timing of the start-up. The references are available in the general information or in the University section.

  • attest to the completion of the compulsory courses on security and privacy

For collaborations carried out at facilities in the teaching area, the declaration must be requested by e-mail at 150ore@info.unige.it

Information for those who have concluded the 2024/2025 collaboration

The successful students of the last selection (academic year 2024/2025) have completed their workby 31 March 2026. Those who have not completed the planned hours must proceed with the termination online via the corresponding action "Discontinue" (NOT "renounce") in order to allow the payment of the hours completed up to this date.

It is not possible, under any circumstances, to proceed with the payment of hours worked after this date.

Once the collaboration has been interrupted, it is the student's duty to inform the contact person of the facility where the activity was carried out in order to verify any outstanding obligations and request the payment of the hours worked.

What part-time collaborations are

The University's student collaborations consist of support activities carried out within the various university facilities and include practical tasks that are useful to academic life: from support for general services (excluding teaching activities, examinations and any administrative responsibilities), to assistance in libraries, study spaces and departments, to information activities aimed at students and users.

Collaboration activities are regulated pursuant to art. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 68 of 29.03.2012, the Prime Ministerial Decrees of 30.04.1997 and 09.04.2001, which establish the principles of uniformity of treatment on the right to university studies, and art. 18 of the University Regulations for the students of the University of Genoa.

The fee for the collaboration is set at €8.00 per hour; this fee is exempt from I.R.P.E.F. pursuant to art. 11, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 68 of 29.03.2012.

Each university structure taking part in the selection process has indicated the student figures required, specifying the number of collaborators, the expected number of hours and any specific requirements, such as the course of study. These requirements are set out in full in Annex A (information for the academic year 2025/2026).

In this information notice (information relating to the academic year 2025/2026), which does not contain all the requesting facilities, useful information for students' choice is instead provided, such as the location of the collaboration (not all the facilities are in Genoa: some are in Savona or Imperia), the skills required, the period of activity and the expected hourly commitment. The information also includes a description of the activities required, both from a practical point of view and in relation to learning opportunities. It is therefore advisable to read the document for the facilities you are interested in.

We would like to remind you that these information notices do not in any way constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of the facilities, but are only intended to provide useful elements for the student, avoiding situations in which the winner is then incompatible with the requirements of the facility itself (for example: only afternoon availability compared with a facility open only in the morning).

All interested students are invited to carefully read the collaboration regulations before applying. The information on this page must always be supplemented with the more detailed provisions of the regulations. Further clarification is available in the FAQ.
