What part-time collaborations are The University's student collaborations consist of support activities carried out within the various university facilities and include practical tasks that are useful to academic life: from support for general services (excluding teaching activities, examinations and any administrative responsibilities), to assistance in libraries, study spaces and departments, to information activities aimed at students and users.Collaboration activities are regulated pursuant to art. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 68 of 29.03.2012, the Prime Ministerial Decrees of 30.04.1997 and 09.04.2001, which establish the principles of uniformity of treatment on the right to university studies, and art. 18 of the University Regulations for the students of the University of Genoa. The fee for the collaboration is set at €8.00 per hour; this fee is exempt from I.R.P.E.F. pursuant to art. 11, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 68 of 29.03.2012. Each university structure taking part in the selection process has indicated the student figures required, specifying the number of collaborators, the expected number of hours and any specific requirements, such as the course of study. These requirements are set out in full in Annex A (information for the academic year 2025/2026).In this information notice (information relating to the academic year 2025/2026), which does not contain all the requesting facilities, useful information for students' choice is instead provided, such as the location of the collaboration (not all the facilities are in Genoa: some are in Savona or Imperia), the skills required, the period of activity and the expected hourly commitment. The information also includes a description of the activities required, both from a practical point of view and in relation to learning opportunities. It is therefore advisable to read the document for the facilities you are interested in.We would like to remind you that these information notices do not in any way constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of the facilities, but are only intended to provide useful elements for the student, avoiding situations in which the winner is then incompatible with the requirements of the facility itself (for example: only afternoon availability compared with a facility open only in the morning). All interested students are invited to carefully read the collaboration regulations before applying. The information on this page must always be supplemented with the more detailed provisions of the regulations. Further clarification is available in the FAQ..
