The UniGe administration needs to know your iban for any reimbursement disbursements. To communicate your iban you need to access the Online services The disbursement will be made only after UniGe has communicated it to you. The service allows you to choose the method of payment: credit to current account (recommended method) direct debit with collection at a bank counter only for amounts less than € 1000.00. You will receive by email a payment notice to present at the bank How to obtain payment of individual reimbursements If you believe you have paid undue taxes and contributions, you can submit a request for a refund. You must therefore: submit your request using the form Application for reimbursement of tuition fees forward it to rimborsi@segreterie.unige.it with a copy of a valid identity document in PDF format. N.B. We advise you to use your UniGe email (matricola@studenti.unige.it) If your request is accepted, the administration will issue the refund in the manner you have previously chosen. For any refund (total or partial) of the regional fee, you should contact ALISEO directly.
