Description

The service ensures the proper management of the employment relationship of teaching and technical-administrative and managerial staff and the legal management of the careers of research assistants and financial management.

The management of the employment relationship for teaching staff includes:

  • recruitment
  • updating of legal status
  • procedures for authorising external appointments
  • issuing of the matriculation form

For holders of research grant contracts:

  • management of the employment relationship and contractual institutions (e.g. sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, ...)

The management of the employment relationship for technical-administrative and managerial staff includes:

  • recruitment
  • updating of legal status
  • management of attendance
  • management of ancillary remuneration
  • issuance of authorisation to carry out external assignments
  • issuance of matriculation forms
  • welfare management
  • training

Economic management includes updating of the economic position, settlement of skills and subsequent tax and contribution obligations.

Complaints

Any reports or complaints may be addressed directly to the head of the office to which the report is addressed, at Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico (URP), to the University Guarantor, according to the indications on the page Participating in quality - reports and complaints.

Service recipients may complain to the Administration in the same way as for the other types of service.
In the absence of a response from the Administration, it is always possible to report to the Digital Ombudsman for digital services or to the National Rights Authority for people with disabilities for architectural or sensory barriers
