Description

The service is designed to meet the University's procurement requirements for goods and services.
For the General Management, the service is available for purchases in excess of €5,000; up to this amount and in the event of adhesion to Consip agreements/conventions and framework agreements/conventions, the Executive Areas proceed autonomously.
For the Fundamental Structures, the service is available for purchases above the threshold for direct awards; up to this threshold they proceed autonomously.
The service is also available at the request of the Delegate and/or the Pole Coordinator, for purchases up to the threshold amount for direct awards;

Method of delivery

The service is also provided by the Negotiation Area through the Territorial Facility Management Poles.

The service is accessible through the channels of the relevant offices at the times indicated on the relevant pages.

Performance

Fundamental Structures

The service is available for purchases upon indication of the Delegates and the Territorial Cluster Coordinators; directly upon request of the School Deans, Department Directors, Centre Presidents and technical-administrative staff with responsibility for an organisational unit, subject to feasibility verification by the Head of the Negotiation Area, after consultation with the Delegate and the Cluster Coordinator.
Purchasing support is provided to the fundamental structures for procedures carried out by them autonomously.

Complaints

Any reports or complaints may be addressed directly to the head of the office to which the report is addressed, at Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico (URP), to the University Guarantor, according to the indications given on the page Participating in quality - reports and complaints.

Service recipients can complain to the Administration in the same way as for the other types of service.
In the absence of a response from the Administration, it is always possible to report to the Digital Ombudsman for digital services or to the National Rights Authority for people with disabilities for architectural or sensory barriers.
