Description

Quality is the degree to which the Athenaeum achieves its mission objectives consistently with the guidelines identified in the strategic planning and programming documents.

The service consists of providing support to the actors and bodies responsible for ensuring the quality of the Athenaeum and the fulfilment of its requirements, mainly in the following areas

  • the planning, monitoring and review of the teaching, research, third mission/social impact activities of the Departments
  • the planning, monitoring and review of the activity of the Courses of Study
  • the planning, the planning, monitoring and review of the activity of the PhD courses
  • the implementation of corrective measures following the review
  • the activity of the Joint Teachers' and Students' Commissions (CPDS)
  • the support to the survey of the students' and PhD students' opinions on the quality of teaching
  • the support to the structures of the University for the initial and periodic accreditation of the Courses of Study, of PhD Courses and of the Location
  • the monitoring and review of the Quality Assurance System (QA).

Complaints

Any reports or complaints may be addressed directly to the head of the office to which the report is addressed, at Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico (URP), to the University Guarantor, according to the indications given on the page Participating in quality - reports and complaints.

Service recipients may complain to the Administration in the same way as for the other types of service.

In the absence of a response from the Administration, it is always possible to report to the Digital Ombudsman for digital services or to the National Authority for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for architectural or sensory barriers.
