Presentation and Purpose

This course is designed to offer UniGe students the chance to transform what is experienced as anxiety and stress, which hinder successful studies, into an opportunity to improve their knowledge of these states and themselves and to be able to reflect on their overall health.
In these meetings you will be able to reflect together on how to listen to the signs of anxiety and stress, learning how to recognise them and how to improve their management.

The current rhythms of life are often disconnected from natural rhythms, and certain experiences during and after the pandemic can threaten serenity and psychophysical well-being and may have left a legacy that hinders successful studies.
With this course it is possible to implement self-knowledge and learn strategies and ways of dealing effectively and actively with a difficult time in one's studies.

The group allows one to experience confrontation and diminishes the sense of loneliness and isolation that can sometimes be experienced by many students.
This course is proposed withthe intention of providing participants with theoretical knowledge and practical experience to manage anxiety and stress, learn from body listening practices to experience inner awareness and psychophysical tensions, and lay the foundations for improving overall health and the course of university studies.
