Information on the State Examination – Second Session 2026

Applications to sit the second session of the 2026 State Examination must be submitted by 12:00 on 21 October 2026. Please read carefully the instructions set out in Notice D.D.G. No. 2379/2026.

The qualifying examinations for the professions of Architect, Landscape Architect, Spatial Planner, Junior Architect and Junior Planner, first and second sessions 2026, will consist of the tests set out in Presidential Decree No. 328/2001.

The state examinations for the professions of Architect, Landscape Architect, Spatial Planner and Conservationist (second session 2026) will commence on 16 November 2026; the state examinations for the professions of Junior Architect and Junior Planner (2nd session 2026) will begin on 20 November 2026.

The schedule for further examination dates will be determined in July 2026 by the Examination Board and will be published on the webpage https://architettura.unige.it/node/1916

Each candidate is assigned a registration number; this number may be used for certain stages of the process, such as notifications and/or the publication of examination results.
