The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) are the European Union’s main programme, under Horizon Europe, dedicated to the training, mobility and career development of researchers. The MSCA fund research across all disciplines and at all career stages, promoting international mobility and collaboration between universities, research organisations, businesses and other organisations. Particular attention is paid to training, the acquisition of new skills and the professional development of those working in research.Among the various measures under the MSCA programme, the Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) are of particular importance, as they support postdoctoral researchers in developing individual research projects and advancing their careers through international mobility experiences.
