Call centre 010 33 55 000 - dial 4: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
In-person desk: Tuesdays from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.00, via appointment
Virtual desk (remote), the student will be contacted by staff at the phone number indicated in the request: 

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. 

  • Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

    Pay attention: the virtual desk service is not available in the case of telephone numbers with a foreign prefix (only Italian fixed or mobile telephone numbers). It is also not possible to use a calling mode via Teams.
