Integrated Activity and Organisation Plan

The Integrated Activity and Organization Plan (PIAO)  is the core document that outlines our Public Value objectives and the corresponding executive objectives for all technical and administrative activities. It also defines our strategy for human capital management, organizational development, transparency, and anti-corruption measures.

Specifically, the PIAO details:
a) The programmatic and strategic objectives of the performance cycle.
b) The strategy for human capital management and staff training goals.
c) Plans for recruiting new resources and developing internal talent, aligned with the three-year personnel plan.
d) Measures to ensure full transparency and prevent corruption.
e) An annual list of procedures slated for simplification and re-engineering.
f) Actions to guarantee full physical and digital accessibility.
g) Initiatives to ensure the complete respect of gender equality.
