Integrated Activities and Organisation Plan

The Integrated Activities and Organisation Plan (PIAO) defines the Public Value objectives, and the executive objectives, of technical and administrative activities. It includes the strategy for human capital management and organisational development, and activities on transparency and corruption prevention.

In particular, the PIAO defines:

a)    the programmatic and strategic objectives of the performance cycle 
b)    the human capital management and organisational development strategy and the annual and multi-year training objectives
c)    the tools and objectives of the recruitment of new resources and the enhancement of internal resources, consistent with the financial resources attributable to the three-year plan of personnel requirements;
d)    the tools and steps to achieve full transparency of the results of the administrative activity and organisation as well as to achieve the objectives in terms of anti-corruption
e)    the list of procedures to be simplified and re-engineered each year
f)    the methods and actions aimed at achieving full accessibility to the administration, both physical and digital
g)    the methods and actions aimed at fully respecting gender equality
