Postgraduate Schools - Health Area (medicine and surgery)

Medical-Surgical Postgraduate Schools are university courses that aim to train medical specialists in the medical area. At the end of the training course, the title of specialist in the chosen field is awarded. As of 1 November 2006, Legislative Decree 368/1999 introduced a number of novelties concerning doctors in specialised training. In compliance with the new regulations, the doctor stipulates a specific one-year contract, known as specialist training, which replaces the scholarship regulated by the previous Legislative Decree 257/1991.
For all matters concerning teaching, please contact the teaching secretariats of the individual Specialisation Schools.
