The traineeship must be carried out in the competition class of the school grade in which it is activated (e.g. If I carry out the PFA on a grade I secondary school class, I cannot carry out the traineeship on a grade II secondary school class and vice versa).Indirect traineeship, to be carried out at the University and under the supervision of the coordinating tutor, who is responsible for the organisation and activities of the indirect traineeship. The meetings will be scheduled and made available to the trainees by the coordinating tutors on the PFA platform by 05/09/2025.. DIRECT TRAINING TO BE CARRIED OUT AT A SCHOOL INSTITUTE WITH A HEADQUARTER LOCATED IN THE LIGURIA REGION Go to the list of accredited schools in LiguriaCEMFORM will send the agreement proposals to the accredited schools in Liguria in order to have an overview of availability and to be able to facilitate the distribution of trainees who intend to carry out their traineeship activities in Liguria and in already accredited schools. Those who intend to carry out their traineeship in a school in Liguria will have to wait for communications regarding the available schools. DIRECT TRAINING TO BE CARRIED OUT AT A SCHOOL INSTITUTE WITH LOCATION OUTSIDE THE REGION It is possible to activate conventions for direct traineeship activities in neighbouring regions, but the schools must be regularly accredited with the competent USR. The student, who intends to attend the traineeship outside the region, must:verify that the school is accredited with the competent USR. If it is not accredited for the competition class of interest, the student must take steps to ensure that the school applies for accreditation with the competent USR; make sure that the school is available to host him/her and identify the period of time; no later than 26 August 2025 fill out the form using UNIGE's Office 365 credentials and providing the following data Full name of the school, including mechanographic code, address, postcode, telephone numbers, PEC address, e-mail address, and the name and surname, place and date of birth of the school headmaster as well as an indication of the period [Start Date - End Date] in which the school is available to accept him/her.Please note that the internship cannot start until an appropriate agreement is signed with the school. Accreditation with the competent USR does NOT in any way replace the stipulation of the agreement between UNIGE and each individual school willing to host trainees. Once the school has been identified, as indicated above, and the required information has been provided, the trainee will receive confirmation that he/she can start the traineeship from the coordinating tutor or from the Centre's Secretariat. The procedure for the stipulation of agreements has an unforeseeable technical timeframe: it is recommended that the information requested be provided by the deadline indicated in order to allow the offices to activate the agreements in time with respect to the period of the placement indicated on the form. In any case, the placement activities cannot begin before 1 September.According to Annex 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 4 August 2023, the activities relating to direct traineeship are as follows:guided observation of activities carried out in the classroom, aimed at the identification and analysis of educational and teaching strategies; observation of relational dynamics in the classroom context and evaluation of their impact on educational interventions; observation during the conduct of meetings of collegial bodies, GLO and other moments of collegial elaboration; coaching and collaboration in the planning, implementation and verification of educational activities. With the note (prot. no. 7845 of 28 June 2024) of the MIM and MUR, with a view to simplification and in view of the reduced timeframe for the conclusion of the Pathways, further activities have been envisaged that could be included in the traineeship activities, where compatible with the relative period of performance, such as: remedial courses organised by secondary schools for students with suspended judgement (formative debt) for assessments, obtained in the final exam, of less than six tenths in one or more subjects; involvement of trainees in activities concerning P.C.T.O. and internships for students in the third and fourth year of high schools, technical institutes, professional institutes at institutions or companies; for schools that are implementing subjects or that have adhered to it, participation of the trainee-courseworker in the educational activities pertaining to the development of P.N.R.R. projects against school drop-out and the reduction of territorial gaps, implementation of the School Plan 4.0, i.e. the implementation of didactic, training and orientation paths for pupils and students aimed at promoting the integration, within the curricula of all school cycles, of activities, methodologies and contents aimed at developing STEM, digital and innovation skills, as well as linguistic skills;involvement of trainees in the activities related to the so-called "Summer Plan", in the event that the school institution has adhered to it; coaching and collaboration in the planning, implementation, verification and evaluation of teaching activities with particular regard to the personalisation of interventions, the development of disciplinary and transversal competences, and the integration of subjects with disabilities; participation and observational activities to be conducted within departments, commissions, working groups aimed at drafting, reviewing and periodically updating the institute's documentation, the development of ongoing projects, self-evaluation and process improvement, outgoing orientation, inclusion; participation in the collegial work of planning, also from an orientation perspective, interventions aimed at recovering or enhancing learning. In addition, please note that Annex A to Ministerial Decree 20 June 2014 no. 487 provides in the context of internship activities: observation in the tutor's class or in other classes; observation of the different school work environments and interviews with the different figures present; teaching activities in the whole class or with groups of pupils (under the supervision of the tutor) such as group work, support for differentiated groups of pupils, short explanations and lessons, interrogations, laboratory, other activities and projects provided for in the POF; participation in meetings of collegiate bodies (teachers' board, class council) and of departments, commissions, working groups, drafting and correcting tests, preparing teaching materials, planning learning units; participation in activities in venues outside the school and/or in the local area (conferences, educational visits, school trips, etc.).).According to the provisions of Article 2-bis, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree No. 59 of 13 April 2017, "for each CFU/CFA of internship, the commitment in attendance in classes cannot be less than 12 hours". If it is not possible to conclude the traineeship activities in the disciplines pertaining to one's own competition class, please contact your coordinating tutor as a matter of urgency in order to find a solution to the critical issue. There does not seem to be any reason to prevent the recognition of the documented teaching activities carried out by aspiring teachers during their substitutions as part of the practical traineeship, without prejudice to the provisions of attachment B of the D.P.C.M..
