The Departmental Activity Planning Document (PDip) is the tool with which each department defines its three-year strategic planning. Connected to the PDip are the Monitoring Document (MDip), which annually verifies the progress of activities, and the Review Document (RDip), which every three years assesses the overall effectiveness of the strategies. The PDip is drawn up in coherence with the Strategic Plan, which, in turn, takes into account the objectives of the Departments. The results of the Departments are reported in aggregate in the Report of the Rector on the results of research, training and technology transfer activities. These linking steps ensure the integration and circularity of the planning process. The process is defined by the Guidelines for the drafting of the Department's self-evaluation document.
