For the use of spaces, facilities and equipment of the University, in order to carry out funded cultural activities, you can consult the page Book a space, read the Regulation for the temporary use of spaces and send your request to infoaule@unige.it specifying:

• that this is an initiative financed by the University pursuant to art. 10 of the Regulation for Students (self-managed training activities by students)
• the characteristics of the event, the expected dates, duration, expected participation and other useful information for the organisation

Attaches a copy of the email note received from the University attesting to the allocation of funds.

What

Activities enabling the conception, design and implementation of educational activities financed with a contribution from the University in the fields of culture, sport and leisure.

Who may carry out the activity

At least 60 students, at least 30 students united in non-profit associations or 2 representatives belonging to the same teaching structure council together with 20 student signatories may apply.

How and when

Once a year by submitting an application in the manner and by the deadline specified in the Manual.

The outcome of the applications will be communicated to the delegates of the associations/groups exclusively by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the application.

In order to obtain the grant, please note that the grant may be disbursed in the two ways indicated below at the choice of the delegate:

• only after the expenses have been incurred by pre-financing the allocated fund
• following the instructions given in the communication sent to the initiative managers.
