You can apply for pre-enrolment on Unige Online Services in the following cases:

  • For courses with free access: meet the deadlines listed in the table above. You can pre-register even if you are completing your studies (see the deadline for obtaining the title);
  • For limited access courses: check the deadlines provided by the respective calls for competition. Consult the page of calls with programmed number

Check at STEP 1-A how to register and fill in the pre-enrolment application.

Be careful to fill in the fields with the data exactly as shown on your passport (or on your Italian ID, if in possession). In case of surname and/or compound name, enter all surnames and names on your passport (do not use dashes and dots). Be careful not to reverse the surname and first name fields. If one of the two fields is empty on your passport, fill in using an X. Filling in with an error can slow down the services offered. Please note that the fields filled during the registration phase cannot be modified by the user during the pre-enrolment application process.
Go to Online Services, enter your credentials to access and start pre-enrolment.

After sending the complete email (as described in the previous section), the Welcome Office will review your pre-enrolment application.

  • Once the review operation is complete you will receive an email with the subject: UNIGE pre-enrolment - Preliminary verification of requirements completed.
  • After receiving the email, you will be able to access again your pre-enrolment application on Unige Online Services, view your data and make the final submission of the application.
