To activate the service, you need to fill in the form available online at Request form for interviews, aids and specific software. 3.2 - Specialist interviews with psychologists 3.2 - Interviews with psychologists who are experts in the field of specific learning disorders and different types of disabilities You can request an individual interview with the Department, which will put you in touch with psychologists who are experts in the field of study methodologies related to the different types of disabilities and specific learning disorders.To activate the service, you need to fill out the form available online atRequest form for interviews, aids and specific software. 3.3 - Accompanying the person 3.3 - Accompanying the person A qualified operator will be able to provide you with individual mobility support within the university premises in order to access classrooms, laboratories, canteens, services, offices and any other place, even outside the university, to which you will have to go for reasons related to teaching activities.To activate the service, fill in the Service Request Form: your request will reach the Contact Person and a copy will be sent to the Sector. 3.4 - Communication aids: CAA and WOCE 3.4 - Augmentative and alternative communication, facilitated communication (WOCE) The service of Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Facilitated Communication (WOCE) is carried out by operators who possess knowledge, techniques and strategies aimed at facilitating communication for those who have difficulties in using the most common communication channels, with particular regard to verbal communication and writing.To activate the service fill out the Service Request Form: your request will reach the Contact Person and in copy to the Sector. 3.5 - Italian Sign Language Interpreting (LIS) 3.5 - Italian Sign Language Interpreting (LIS) LIS interpreters will be able to support you when you conduct interviews, during meetings with your au pair tutor and when you take your exams.To activate the service, fill in the Service Request Form: your request will reach the Contact Person and a copy will be sent to the Sector. When requesting personal accompaniment, alternative and augmentative communication or LIS interpreting services, please specify whether you need to attend classes, seminars or take an exam. 3.6 - Borrowing Aids and Software on Loan 3.6 - Borrowing Aids and Software on Loan You can request technical equipment, aids and specific software related to your needs in relation to university teaching on loan.To activate the service fill in the Service Request Form : your request will be sent to the Contact Person and in copy to the Sector. The tutors provide support in agreement with your contact person, the lecturer in charge of the course and the department.The tutors are students like you who have taken part in a selection process; you will agree on the times and methods of tutoring in accordance with your respective study commitments.The tutor's role is to support you, enhancing your autonomy: the protagonist of the course remains you.Remember to inform the Sector as soon as possible of your possible withdrawal from the tutoring service.
