FAQ Why is it that my credit is almost exhausted even though I have only made a few prints? You may have printed and/or copied in colour, make sure that you have selected black and white mode before starting any operation.Colour printing, in fact, involves a higher cost and should only be selected if you wish to print in this mode. Is printing from USB memory by default in colour? Yes, again remember to select black and white mode if you intend to print in non-colour. For web printing? Black-white print queue has been added, select this mode to not print in colour. Why can't I print a document? Remember that the system is not compatible with encrypted (password-protected) files.
