The University of Genoa is proposing the Civil Agricultural Service project "UniGeSenior&Sani: the culture of organic food Made in Italy for a healthy and happy ageing" for a total of 6 places with activities scheduled to start on 28 November. The project is part of the "Made in Italy Organic Farming for the Wellbeing and Health of Sportsmen, Young People and the Elderly" programme proposed by La Bottega Solidale.

People aged between 18 and 28 can submit their online application by 15 October 2025 at 14. 

From 15 September, a telephone counselling service will be activated on the following number 010 3358099 from 10:00 to 12:00 Monday to Friday.

In addition, for further information, you can go, until 3 October, to the Infopoint at the University Building in Via Balbi 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday.

UniGeSenior is a project of the university that aims to meet the needs of Liguria's growing elderly population. Launched in 1983, the programme offers cultural and educational courses and activities for senior citizens, promoting active ageing. The educational offer includes courses in different academic areas, as well as cultural initiatives rooted in the region.  

This project aims at engaging vulnerable seniors, reducing social isolation and promoting greater awareness of healthy eating and the Mediterranean diet.
