The MUR (Ministry of Universities and Research) ‘Young Researchers’ call for proposals is an extraordinary funding initiative that forms part of the implementation of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), Mission 4: ‘Education and Research’ – Component 2 “From Research to Business” – Investment 1.2 “Funding for projects submitted by young researchers”.The funding is aimed at young researchers falling into one of the following categories:SOE, for those who have been awarded a Seal of Excellence following their participation in calls for proposals relating to the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships Individual Actions under the Horizon Europe programmeMSCA, for successful applicants to calls relating to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Individual Fellowship under the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme, including Standard European Fellowships and the Reintegration Panel, and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowship under the Horizon Europe Framework Programme;Post-Doc, the recruitment of young international researchers who have completed their doctoral studies and undertaken a period of training and research abroad lasting at least 3 months, through the funding of research contracts.
