State exam information I session 2026

Applications to sit the first session of the 2026 State Examination must be submitted by 12:00 on 24 June 2026 . Please read the instructions set out in Notice D.D.G. No. 2379/2026 carefully.

The qualifying examinations for the professions of Chemist and Junior Chemist, first and second sessions of 2026, will consist of the tests set out in Presidential Decree No. 328/2001.

The State Examination for the profession of Chemist (first session 2026) will begin on 27/07/2026; the State Examination for the profession of Junior Chemist (Session I, 2026) will begin on 31 July 2026.

The schedule for further examination dates will be determined in July 2026 by the Examination Board and will be published on the website: https://chimica.unige.it/didattica/esami-stato

Each candidate is assigned a registration number; this number may be used for certain stages of the process, such as notifications and/or the publication of examination results.

Candidates and candidates who have never held UniGePass credentials before using the procedure at the above link must create a user by using the link https://servizionline.unige.it/web-esterni2/it/#/registrazioneutente and clicking on "Proceed"
