Delegated persons must submit a hard copy of: authorization form to collect diploma filled in and signedphotocopy of the delegating person's identity document A delivery service of degree and master's degree parchments is available for those who resideoutside the metropolitan area of Genoa. Shipping costs (€15 per shipment in Italy) will be paid by the applicant, who can settle them through PagoPA.
