Collection by proxy Collection of the degree, master's degree, doctoral degree and specialisation available parchments (check the table) may also be made by proxy, at the same location and at the same times, always by appointment.The delegated persons must present a hard copy of: delegation withdrawal parchment filled in and signed (with a handwritten signature) by the delegating personphotocopy of the delegating person's identity document Shipping The shipping service is available for degree and master's degree parchments only for addresses outside the metropolitan city of Genoa (here you can view the municipalities belonging to the metropolitan city of Genoa).Postage costs are borne by the applicant, who may pay them through the PagoPA system at the following rates:destination Italy € 15.00EU country destination: € 22.00extra-EU country destination: € 65.00To request shipment, check the conditions of availability of the parchment (check the table) and of destination outside the metropolitan city of Genoa, just write to consegnapergamene@unige.it attaching a scan of an ID document and specifying the destination among the following options: Italy, EU country or non-EU country.
