Student Services Department (career management): book an appointment

Retention times and arrangements:

• Remote reception (virtual counter):
  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
  • Monday from 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
    The student will be contacted in the booking time slot by staff.
• In-person reception: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

N.B. The functions of the Economics and Educational Sciences student desks (study plans, degree applications and access to master's degrees) are not included in the Student Services (career management).

PhD department, postgraduate schools, state exams and masters: book an appointment

Rates and reception arrangements:

• Tuesday in-person reception from 9.00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Thursdayin-person reception from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Wednesday remote reception(virtual counter) from 9 a.m.00 to 13.00 
  The student will be contacted in the booking time slot by staff via Teams or telephone.
