Retention times and procedures:

• Remote reception (virtual desk):
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11.00 to 13.00
  • Tuesdays from 14.00 to 16.30
    Students will be contacted during the time slot booked by staff.30
    The student will be contacted in the booking time slot by the staff.
• In-person reception: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

N.B. The functions of the Economics and Educational Sciences student desks (study plans, degree applications and access to master's degrees) are not included in the Student Services (career management).

Hours and methods of reception:

• Tuesdays in-person reception from 9.00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Thursday in-personal reception from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Wednesday remote reception (virtual counter) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  Students will be contacted during the booking time by staff via Teams or telephone.
