Booking appointments

To book an appointment at the Student Services Department (career management) 
(N.B. The functions of the student counters of Economics and Education Sciences (study plans, degree applications and access to master's degrees) are not included in the Student Services (career management).

To book a appointments at the PhD sector, specialisation schools, state examinations and masters

Orules and arrangements for receptions for both Sectors:

• Tuesdays in-person receptions from 9.00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Thursday in-person reception from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Wednesday remote reception (virtual desk) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. the student will be contacted in the booking time slot by staff via Teams or telephone.
