UniGePRINT is a university-wide printing service that enables staff and the entire student community to print, copy, scan and fax.  
If you have active enrollment in UniGe degree programs, each year you are entitled to an initial credit of 15€.

With your Ateneo+ badge you will be able to identify yourself and take advantage of many UniGe services:

Thanks to a partnership with Banca Popolare di Sondrio, you can apply for and activate Carta Ateneo+ UniGe, a prepaid MasterCard credit card with no issuance and maintenance fees or reloading costs. Afterwards, you will be allowed to replace the badge with the Ateneo+ smart card.

You will receive the badge directly at home, if you have provided an address on the Italian national territory otherwise you will receive an email notifying you when it will be ready and where to pick it up.

From February 28, 2021, all payments made by private parties (citizens and businesses) to any Public Administration, including the University of Genoa, must be made compulsorily through pagoPA.

pagoPA is the system for electronic payments created by the Agency for Digital Italy (AGID) and provided for in the Digital Administration Code and Decree Law. 179/2012, which ensures that individuals and companies can make electronic payments to the PA in a secure, reliable, simple way and with total transparency in fee costs.

Payments to the University:

The University of Genoa provides each student with UniGePASS credentials (username and corresponding password) to access the University's IT services.

The University of Genoa offers all students and staff the opportunity to use Microsoft software through the Microsoft Campus Agreement license. Use your UniGePASS credentials and gain access to services. The services include:

• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Outlook
• OneNote
• Teams
• 5 TB of OneDrive storage space

You will be able to install 5 copies of Office 365 Education on Pc and another 5 on tablets and smartphones.

Students, faculty and administrative technical staff can access Microsoft Education licenses, the new name for Microsoft Imagine, and download many of Microsoft's software. To access:

1. Visit the Cedia page where you will find just a few brief directions. Click at the bottom on To access the service click here
2. You will be directed to the Microsoft Azure page. At the top left click on Sign in using the credentials you used to register for the Office365 service
3. Once you have signed in, in the upper right-hand corner select portal; this will take you to a Microsoft Azure page: in the top field for search, enter education
4. You are now on the page from which you can download software.

The University of Genoa has the GenuaWiFi and eduroam wireless networks, which you can access with your UniGePASS credentials, to surf the Internet and use online services.   
There are more than 600 active access points located throughout the educational sites.

The eduroam network is a service provided by the Education Roaming Federation, of which the University of Genoa is a member. Thanks to eduroam you can also use your UniGePASS credentials in many other universities and research institutions in Italy and abroad.

MyUniGe is the official application of UniGe that allows you to have at your fingertips all the information related to the organization of classes and the availability of classrooms.

With MyUniGe you can have on your device:

• the configuration of the degree course, year and educational path to which you belong and related teachings that you want to monitor
• the detailed description of the lectures both by week and by entire educational cycle
• the description of the lectures with references to the teachers
• the availability of classrooms in real time
• the receipt of alerts and communications through push notifications

It is available in Italian, English and Spanish.
