UniGePRINT is a university-wide printing service that enables staff and the entire student community to print, copy, scan and fax.  
If you are actively enrolled in UniGe degree courses, you are entitled to an initial credit of 15€ each year.

With your Ateneo+ badge you will be able to identify yourself and take advantage of many UniGe services:

Thanks to the collaboration with Banca Popolare di Sondrio, you can request and activate Carta Ateneo+ UniGe, a prepaid MasterCard credit card with no issuing or maintenance fees, nor recharge costs. You will then be able to replace your badge with the Ateneo+ smart card.

You will receive your badge directly at home, if you have provided an address in Italy, otherwise you will receive an email letting you know when it will be ready and where to pick it up.

From 28 February 2021 all payments made by private individuals (citizens and businesses) to any Public Administration, including the University of Genoa, must be made compulsorily through pagoPA.

pagoPA is the system for electronic payments created by the Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale (AGID) and envisaged by the Digital Administration Code and Legislative Decree no. 179/2012, which guarantees individuals and companies the possibility of making electronic payments to the PA in a secure, reliable and simple manner and with total transparency in terms of commission costs.

The card is equipped with a personal IBAN code to receive credit transfers and can be used free of charge for online payments and in shops all over the world.

The University of Genoa provides each student with UniGePASS credentials (username and password) to access the University's IT services.

The University of Genoa offers all students and staff the possibility to use Microsoft software through the Microsoft Campus Agreement licence. Use your UniGePASS credentials and get access to the services. The services include:

• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Outlook
• OneNote
• Teams
• 5 TB of OneDrive storage space

You will be able to install 5 copies of Office 365 Education on PCs and 5 more on tablets and smartphones.

Students, teachers and technical administrative staff can access Microsoft Education licences, the new name for Microsoft Imagine, and download many of Microsoft's software. To access:

1. Visit the Cedia page where you will find just a few brief directions. Click at the bottom on To access the service click here
2. You will be directed to the Microsoft Azure page. In the top left-hand corner click on Sign in using the credentials you used to register for the Office365 service
3. Once you have signed in, select portal in the top right-hand corner; you will then be taken to a Microsoft Azure page: in the field at the top for searching, enter education
4. You are now on the page from which you can download software.

The University of Genoa has the GenuaWiFi and eduroam wireless networks, which you can access with your UniGePASS credentials, to surf the Internet and use online services. More than 600 access points are active and located in all the educational sites.

The eduroam network is a service provided by the Education Roaming Federation, of which the University of Genoa is a member. Thanks to eduroam you can use your UniGePASS credentials also in many other universities and research institutions in Italy and abroad.

MyUniGe is the official UniGe application that allows you to have all the information regarding the organisation of classes and the availability of classrooms at your fingertips.

With MyUniGe you can have the following at your fingertips:

• the configuration of the degree course, year and training pathway you belong to and the relative courses to be monitored
• the detailed description of the lessons both by week and by entire teaching cycle
• the description of the lessons with references to the lecturers
• the availability of classrooms in real time
• the receipt of alerts and communications via push notifications

It is available in Italian, English and Spanish.
