The University of Genoa has a new motorboat, the Belafonte, currently being fitted out and soon to be operational along the Ligurian coast. The Belafonte will work alongside the Veliger motorboat, UniGe's first nautical vehicle, to carry out practical activities at sea with students from the undergraduate degree course and the master's degree course in Geological Sciences and the master's degree course in Marine Biology and Ecology.
