Internship location Lombardy region - digitally signed agreement

The agreement is subject to stamp duty (€ 32)under Article 2, c.1 of Presidential Decree No. 642/72 with the burden borne by the host. Any exemption must be promptly communicated.
The digitally signed agreement is in a single copy.
 
The STEPS TO FOLLOW:
 
1. Download the convention template, fill it in the highlighted parts (providing then to remove the highlighting), transform it into pdf and affix the digital signature.
 
2. Proceed with the payment of the stamp (not necessary until 31/12/2022)in the amount of € 32, through one of the following methods (you must select and fill out the appropriate section within the agreement):
-    by purchasing the telematic mark
-    by discharging the payment in virtual form (if authorized)

Whenever the stamp duty is discharged by means of a mark, it is necessary to indicate on the document the numerical code, consisting of 14 digits, detectable from the telematic mark itself.
The mark used must be kept within the three-year time limit for assessment by the tax authorities (Article 37 of Presidential Decree No. 642 of 1972).
 
3. Send the digitally signed document to the e-mail address convenzioni.tirocini@unige.it
 
4. The Internship Sector, having made the necessary verifications, submits the document for the Dean's signature
 
5. The Internship Sector returns the document, duly signed, to the company.
 
Once the agreement has been concluded and the intern has been chosen, the relevant training project containing all the information regarding the internship must be prepared.

To prepare the training project, it is necessary to make contact with the referent for internships of the student's course of affiliation.

Attention:For the activation of extracurricular internships, it is necessary to get the complete documentation to the Internship Office at least 10 working days in advance from the start date indicated in the documentation.
