The Skills Balance Sheet is a orientation tool that helps to take stock of one's own system of resources and skills by relating it to the development and implementation of a professional project; it necessarily sees the person as an active participant in the reconstruction of his/her training, professional and personal experience and in the identification of the skills possessed and of those to be acquired in the light of one's own project.

The Skills Balance Sheet is an individual pathway, supported by a balance sheet consultant, which is developed through various meetings (by appointment) with a total duration of about 10 hours.

The service is aimed at university students, undergraduates, graduates and PhDs who have already gained work experience (even if discontinuous or informal), who are experiencing moments of transition and who feel the need to take stock of their professional situation, to define a project and an action plan that will make them more effective in managing change. To take advantage of the service, it is necessary to indicate your interest:The interested party will be invited to an interview with the budget advisor, at the end of which, having obtained detailed information, a decision will be made whether to start the course.The person concerned will be invited to an interview with the budget advisor.
