The Skills Balance Sheet is an individual pathway, supported by a balance sheet consultant, which is developed through various meetings (by appointment) with a total duration of about 10 hours.The service is aimed at university students, undergraduates, graduates and PhDs who have already gained work experience (even if discontinuous or informal), who are experiencing moments of transition and who feel the need to take stock of their professional situation, to define a project and an action plan that will make them more effective in managing change.
