Vision

The University of Genoa aims to enhance its national and international reputation, becoming a leading institution and a hub for talent in its areas of specialization, while strengthening its campuses across the four Ligurian provinces.

To achieve this, we are committed to developing skills and professional expertise that meet the evolving needs of our socio-economic partners, schools, and communities, driving regional recovery and growth. The University serves as a vital link between institutions, the Ligurian socio-economic system, and the global scientific community, fostering partnerships and projects that generate a positive impact on our region.

We are dedicated to promoting sustainable growth, inclusion, and equal opportunities, both within our academic community and in our external relations, in alignment with the UN 2030 Agenda and the strategic goals of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
