  • Number of applications per candidate: You can request evaluation for up to 2 courses of study on UniGeApply.
     
  • Evaluation outcome: it may be necessary to wait a few weeks to two months. Please do not contact the Admission Office. The information will be sent by email to the address provided during registration. It will always be possible to monitor the progress by accessing the UniGeApply portal.

Information for evaluation: required documents

Mandatory documents required by all courses

  • Curriculum vitae et studiorum:  provide information about your educational background, additional courses, work activities, or internships that may be relevant to the selection phase.
     
  • Finalsecondary education qualification: high school diploma. If you have not yet obtained your qualification, submit the report card or certificate issued by the competent secondary school certifying the exams passed (transcript of records) relating to the last year of studies. If possible, also provide a statement from your Institute with the expected date of graduation.
     

Optional (but recommended) documents

  • B2 level Italian language proficiency certificate and B2 (or B1) level English language proficiency certificate: consult the certificates accepted by UniGe
  • Report cards or certificate issued by the competent secondary school certifying the exams passed (transcript of records) relating to the last three years. If you haven't finished your studies yet, please report the provisional transcript.
  • Diploma supplementary documents: if the country where you obtained your degree requires less than 12 years of schooling and/or if there is a national test for access to university studies, use this field to upload the additional documents to your diploma. To fill a schooling of less than 12 years it is necessary to provide documents attesting to the completion of a foundation year or the passing of all the examinations of the first or even second year (depending on the missing years) of university studies.  
  • Additional qualifications held (further titles): if you hold other qualifications, for example: a bachelor's degree (Bachelor's degree) or other university qualifications, please provide the documents relating to the qualification. If you have other documents useful for pre-selection such as additional courses, internships, certificates, upload the documents you deem appropriate to this field.
     

Information about documents

  •  Maximum size of uploaded documents: maximum 2 MB for each document.
  • Document Translation: if the documents provided are not in Italian, English, French, Spanish or Portuguese, remember to also provide a translation.

Information for application submission 

  • Information on the high school diploma used as an entry qualification for the selection of the degree of interest. In the “further information” section, enter the final vote “high school final vote GPA (Grade Point Average)” and the number base by choosing from the available options. Then press the button “search” to enter the country where you got the title. The country must be previously included in the “Education” section. Then you have to declare whether the institution that issued the title is public or private.
  • Information on language proficiency: in the “further information” section, based on the documentation provided, you declare your level of proficiency in English and Italian. Please note: if you do not yet have a certificate, mark the entry “absence of certificate proving knowledge”, while you can only mark a level if a corresponding certificate has been uploaded. 
  • Once you have finished your application, entering the requested data and attaching the necessary documents, remember to save by pressing the “save” button. Warning: the application cannot be saved in draft.
  • After the submission, the application is editable by the student until the assessment process begins.
