The last phase of the tutoring activity is characterised by the compilation of the final report of the activities carried out with the students tutored during the academic year. Please refer to the instructions below.

Compilation of the tutoring final report: guidelines

In the final report it is necessary to comply with a few simple rules of compilation, including:

  1. Enter the first and last name of the student followed;
  2. The hours assigned and the hours actually carried out;
  3. Enter the name of the course;
  4. The period in which the activities were carried out;
  5. The type of activity carried out described in detail.

A practical example:

  1. Mario Rossi
  2. 40 h assigned - 35 h carried out
  3. Public Law
  4. From 24 September 2023 to 20 July 2024
  5. I helped the student prepare the public law exam with Prof. XXXX. During the tutoring meetings, I supported the student in writing some diagrams useful for memorising the fundamentals. In addition, at the beginning of each meeting we carried out a quick review of the topics covered in the previous lesson.

The completion of the logbook must be carried out carefully and according to the rules just mentioned. Once the report has been completed, the tutor must proceed to submit it.
