Training, group supervision, individual interviews and monitoring of activities Training During the course of the academic year, the sector organises both theoretical and practical workshop training sessions for all tutors interested in learning more about disability, specific learning disorder, the relationship between tutor and student and study methods. Group supervision The sector organises group supervision meetings of the tutoring activity with qualified staff; usually at least three supervision meetings are scheduled during the academic year: the first to be held before the winter exam session, the second during the second semester and the third during or after the summer exam session. Individual interviews The psychologists collaborating with the Sector offer individual support to peer and didactic tutors to better manage the tutor-student relationship and improve teaching methodology. Discussions take place both face-to-face and remotely. . Monitoring tutoring activities A fundamental task of the tutor is to inform the School's Tutor Contact Person and the Services for the Inclusion of Students with Disabilities and DSA Sector about the activities carried out with each student tutored. The tutor must fill in the Webform dedicated to the monitoring of activities at the end of each month, reporting the activities carried out and the hours spent, the progress of the tutoring and any criticalities.
