Ligurian researcher Matteo Barbano is returning to the University of Genoa at the Department of Political and International Sciences, after spending five years at the Institute for Mediterranean Studies in Rethymno, Greece, thanks to the award of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant. The grant, awarded with an evaluation of 100/100, will allow Barbano to devote two years to the development of his project entitled "Mediterranean Mass Mobilities and Displacements in the Age of Steam (1869-1914) - MedMaD," in collaboration with the Laboratory of Maritime and Naval History - Fernand Braudel Research Center directed by Luca Lo Basso.
