On September 27, 2023, at 12 noon, the testing of the IT-Alert system in the Liguria Region will be launched, with the Department of Civil Defense of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers sending a message to all cell phones, in order to inform the affected population in a timely manner in cases of serious emergency.
