Winner of the public notice  "Architecture Festival - 2nd edition" promoted by the General Directorate of Contemporary Creativity of the Ministry of Culture, Cara Casa is the first traveling festival on contemporary ways of living.

The event takes place in Milan, Bologna, Venice and Genoa and offers a rich calendar of meetings, conferences, workshops, walking lectures and installations to reflect on living conditions in urban spaces, their evolution and changes.

The Genoa session of Dear Home takes place from April 22 to 30, 2023. A preview with photographic and multimedia exhibitions is scheduled from April 15 in the spaces of Palazzo Ducale.

The planned initiatives revolve around one question: is the contemporary residential supply, which can be summarized in the term "apartment," satisfactory with respect to the Genoese context and the difficult balance between luxury housing supply and public housing?

Cara Casa is promoted by the Foundations of the Orders of Architects of Milan, Genoa, Venice and the Order of Architects of Bologna in collaboration with the University of Genoa, the Social Housing Foundation and the Association Ambiente Acqua APS.
