Presentation of the TECA project, born from the collaboration between the University of Genoa, the Order of Physicians of Genoa and Doctors in Africa.

TECA aims to set up an interdisciplinary specialist teleconsultation unit, capable of offering remote clinical and scientific support to doctors working in African hospitals and health centres, with particular reference to the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda.
