The Society for Scientific Readings and Conversations hosts the awarding of the Pericu Prize to Alberto Diaspro

The Pericu Award, organised together with his family to commemorate the former mayor of Genoa, professor emeritus of the University of Genoa, member and advisor of the Society of scientific readings and conversations, is presented in its first edition to Alberto Diaspro  "for his rich and generous cultural activity for the city of Genoa".

The Award is aimed at popularisers who have been able to make scientific innovation topics understandable and have distinguished themselves for their civic commitment to the cultural growth of the city.

On the occasion of the award ceremony, Alberto Diaspro will give a lecture on the path of scientific research between expectations, hopes and the signs of the past.
