The Riviere di Liguria Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the University of Genoa, Liguria Region, Liguria International, Ercole Olivario, ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), O.N.A.O. (National Olive Oil Tasters' Organisation), and the sector's trade associations is organising "OliOliva - Frantoio delle idee", an event sponsored by the Municipality of Imperia that is a natural cultural and scientific evolution of the historic "OliOliva - Festa dell'olio nuovo", traditionally held in November in Imperia, offering a space dedicated to the in-depth study and international sharing of olive oil heritage.

Two days of roundtables and thematic sessions with experts from the agrifood, medical, economic and cultural worlds, international B2B meetings, literary discussions and scientific discussions.
