In the presence of the rector Federico Delfino and Nicoletta Viziano of the management committee of the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, the six challenges that the participants solved by working in teams were presented in a training course aimed at developing entrepreneurial culture, creativity and spirit of initiative.

The CLabbers acquired transversal, organisational, communication and team-building skills also by working closely with companies to develop innovative ideas and solutions.

Following the panel discussion "The growth of the culture of innovation and start-ups in Genoa: opportunities and needs, the role of innovation potential in young people" attended by Maria Nives Riggio (Filse), Claudio Oliva (Genoa Blue District), Alberto Clavarino (Genoa StartUp Foundation), Jacopo Callà (Confindustria Giovani), Francesco Avallone (UniGe).

During the discussion, it was emphasised that the interaction between the academic and business worlds can lead to significant results on the innovation front and that young people can play a key role thanks to their great ability to get involved. Above all, it emerged that synergy between local authorities is necessary to create a favourable environment for the development of new ideas and entrepreneurial realities.
