On June 26, 2023 the Ministerial Decree No. 688 (Amendment to Interministerial Decree No. 765 of August 16, 2019) was published in the Official Gazette.

As announced by the Mur website, the computerized platform for the census of former foreign language speaking readers will be activated as of July 11, 2023 and will remain active for the following 20 days.
