Andrea Bianconi, a researcher at the University of Genoa in the Neurosurgery Clinic headed by Gianluigi Zona, has received an award from the ASINO Foundation, awarded annually to a young researcher who has distinguished themselves through their scientific track record and publications over the last three years in the field of oncological neurosurgery.

The award was presented by Franco Servadei, former president of the WFNS – World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies, during the 75th Congress of the Italian Society of Neurosurgery, held in Catania from 23 to 27 September 2026.
