The selection is now open for the Prize 2026 on the theme of "Technological Evolution and Constitutional Law", organised by the Associazione Gruppo di Pisa and named after Pasquale Costanzo, a constitutionalist of note in the Italian legal world who passed away in May 2025.

The competition is open to young students and scholars who are members of the Association, with the aim of highlighting original research projects on issues that intertwine constitutional law with the dynamics of technological transformation. 

Applications must be submitted exclusively online by filling in the appropriate form and attaching the required documentation by and no later than 15 April 2026.
