Following the meeting of the COC (Municipal Operations Centre) on Sunday 21 September, the suspension of all university teaching activities (lectures, theses, etc.) in the territory of the Municipality of Genoa has been ordered for the day of Monday 22 September 2025.

The InfoPoint in Via Balbi 5 will be closed.

Analoga ordinance suspended all teaching activities at the La Spezia campus.

Lectures may still be delivered electronically, in accordance with the procedures that may be communicated by email for each degree course.

Finally, please note that the term "teaching activities" means:

• lessons for all types of courses (degree courses, doctoral courses, specialisation courses, etc.);

• educational outings, even if scheduled, whether they are outings within the area subject to the state of alert, or whether they involve a route to areas not affected by the state of alert (to and from university premises);
• educational laboratory activities similar to lectures;
• collective reviews;
• examinations;
• degree examinations;
• conventions, presentations, openings, events, etc., even if they have already been organised and even if they involve third parties;
• deadlines for students, such as, for example, submission of applications, enrolments, participation in competitions, calls, etc.

It is necessary to keep up to date, also through the media, on the evolution of the weather situation and on any subsequent release of states of alert or alarm.
