The 3R Center, an inter-university center for the promotion of the principles of the 3R in education and research, offers a refresher course on alternative methods to animal testing, as part of the identification of risk in the cosmetology field, in the light of European legislation that has decreed the total ban on animal testing for cosmetic purposes (Regulation EC No. 1223/2009).
