EASIP COMP - Increasing en­tre­pre­neur­ial com­pe­tences of students

through a practical approach

With the aim of strengthening entrepreneurial skills, the European project EASIP COMP, funded by the Erasmus Plus program in 2019, has developed a new model of experiential teaching based on real cases and close and fruitful cooperation between universities and business organizations.

The international and interdisciplinary team of researchers belonging to institutions and organizations operating in Norway, Italy, Finland and Slovenia worked on the analysis of university students' competencies and created an innovative model for the development of entrepreneurial skills, consisting of a set of tools, games and activities able to ensure an experiential education, closely linked to the reality of the world of work.
