The Regional Council of Liguria has unanimously approved a resolution on issues related to harassment in the workplace, widening the field of interest and protection and foreseeing possible training initiatives on the subject.

Alfa (Regional Agency for Work, Training and Accreditation) has laid the basis for the design of a Gender Observatory that, going beyond the issue of violence and harassment in the workplace, will consider the matter of equal opportunities, gender equality and potential discrimination, through a comprehensive view of the working, economic and social context.

The contents of the project will be discussed on February 9, 2022. For the University of Genoa will be present Prof. Angela Celeste Taramasso, Delegate of the Rector to Equal Opportunities and Inclusion.
