Michele Siri, UniGe Professor of Commercial Law and Jean Monnet Professor, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Appeal of the European Supervisory Authorities(ESAs).

The Board of Appeal, a body set up by the components of the European system of financial supervision (EBA, EIOPA and ESMA) but independent and impartial from them, has the task of deciding on appeals brought by directly supervised entities and by any natural or legal person that can demonstrate an individual interest.
