The University of Genoa, with the Department of Political Science, will host the 2021 edition of Volley Day, an event organized by the Regional Committee of the Italian Volleyball Federation during which clubs, athletes and technicians are awarded for their sporting achievements.

As per tradition, during Volley Day the "Rete d'Oro" prize is awarded to a Ligurian manager who has distinguished himself in his career in the service of volleyball.

The event will be attended by Prof. Marco Bove, the Rector's delegate for the development of sports activities in the University, with Prof. Alberto de Sanctis and Prof. Daniela Preda from the Department of Political Science.
