Osservatorio Antola

In conjunction with the European Researchers' Night, the Astronomical Observatory of Parco Antola opens to the public to welcome adults and children in this flagship of the Ligurian Astronomical Research and to enjoy what the autumn sky has to offer.

In compliance with the regulations in force concerning the containment of the pandemic, the entrance is allowed only to the holders of Green Pass and is organized in

  • afternoon visits: free entrance until the maximum capacity is reached;
  • Afternoon visits: free admission up to the maximum capacity allowed; evening visits: admission structured on 3 groups of maximum 10 people per hour for a total of 3 visits per evening (starting times of the visits: 20:30, 21:30, 22:30).


The opening is jointly organized by Antola Park Authority and "Centro interdipartimentale dell'Università di Genova per le osservazioni e ricerche in scienze astronomiche - ORSA".

The visits are managed by professors and collaborators of the University of Genoa.
