The Project aims to promote managerial culture among young people and the transfer of know-how, with the goal of increasing their opportunities to obtain stable, qualified jobs with growth prospects.Participants will be able to receive specific training on topics pertaining to managerialism and enter into direct contact with managers of the project's partner companies.Two key elements: training and direct experience in companies.Scheduled activitiesParticipants will take part in the following activities:2 online training webinars by CFMT (Manageritalia's Training Center) in-company activities: shadowing from 3 to 5 working days through direct contact with managers of one or more partner companies of the initiativeOpen day (optional activity): each company has the option of organizing an "Open day," meaning that students will be hosted inside the company and will have the opportunity to get to know it in more depth, coming into direct contact with activities, values and excellences that characterize the individual reality.Subsequent to the experience, taking into account the characteristics of the candidate and the cluster of skills required, other opportunities training at one of the partner companies may be offered to the most talented participants.Companies that joined the previous edition!
